Chocolate-Almond Cake
Ingredients

8 oz semi-sweet chocolate
1 stick melted butter
4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup almond flour
1/3 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
Powdered sugar (optional)

Instructions
​
1 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
2 - Melt the chocolate over a hot water bath.
​
3 - Once the chocolate is melted, add the butter and stir well.
​
4 - In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar.
​
5 - Add the almond flour, flour, baking powder, and the ganache. Whisk until smooth.
​
6 - Pour the batter into a greased round cake dish (or line with parchment paper).
7 - Bake for 20-25 minutes.
8 - Allow to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional).
