Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

(For about 45 cookies)

 

1 cup soft butter

1/2 cup regular sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp baking soda

2 tsp water

3 cups flour

2 cups dark chocolate chips

 

 

Instructions

 

1 - Preheat oven to 350°F.

 

2 - In a large bowl, combine the butter with the two sugars. Beat until creamy and light.

 

3 - Add the eggs and stir until smooth.

 

4 - Stir in the baking soda (previously dissolved in 2 tsp water), and the vanilla extract.

 

5 - Add the flour and mix until it forms a nice dough. Do not over mix!

 

6 - Fold in the chocolate chips.

 

7 - Place scoops of dough evenly spaced onto baking trays lined with parchment paper.

 

8 - Bake for about 10 minutes.
