Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

(For 24 deviled eggs)

 

12 eggs

2 Tbsp Dijon mustard

6 Tbsp mayonnaise

1 Tbsp vinegar

1 tsp lemon juice

Salt and pepper

1/4 cup cooked small bacon pieces

Smoked paprika

Green onions finely chopped

 

Instructions

 

1 - Boil the eggs in water for 10 minutes and allow to cool.

 

2 - Peel and rinse.

 

3 - Slice the eggs in half (lengthwise).

 

4 - Delicately remove the yolks and reserve in a bowl.

 

5 - Arrange the halves on a plate.

 

6 - Add mustard, mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper to the yolks and beat until smooth and creamy.

7 - Transfer to a piping bag.

 

8 - Pipe into the egg halves.

9 - Sprinkle with bacon, paprika, and green onions.
