Peas À La Crème
Ingredients
1 small can of mushrooms
1 onion sliced
1 16oz bag of frozen peas
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Herbes de Provence
Butter
Instructions
1 - In a frying pan on medium-low heat, melt the onion and the mushrooms with butter.
2 - Add the frozen peas, and cook until they don't look frozen anymore (a few minutes).
3 - Pour the heavy whipping cream and reduce heat to low.
4 - Cook for about 7 minutes or until the peas are cooked. Add the herbes de Provence, salt, and pepper.
