Pie Crust

Ingredients

 

1 1/3 cups + 4 Tbsp flour

1 stick soft butter

1 egg

1 Tbsp water

A pinch of salt

 

 

Instructions

 

1 - Preheat oven to 350°F.

 

2 - Mix the flour with the butter until you obtain a sand-like texture.

 

3 - Then add the egg, the water, and the salt and stir together to form a nice dough. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes.

 

4 - Then with the rolling pin, flatten your dough and place in a buttered pie dish.

 

5 - Make some holes with a fork and place in the oven for about 25 minutes to cook it all the way through, or 12 minutes to pre-cook it.
