
Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
(For 2 loaves)
3 1/3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice
2 tsp baking soda
3 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
2/3 cup water
1 15oz can of 100 % pure pumpkin
Optional streusel
1/4 cup cold butter cut in pieces
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup regular sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
In a large bowl, using your hands, crumble together the cold butter, flour, brown sugar, regular sugar, and cinnamon. When mixture gets crumbly with small pieces, set aside in the fridge until ready to use. Top the breads with crumble mixture before baking the breads.
Instructions
1 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
2 - In a small bowl, mix together the spices with the baking soda and salt.
3 - In a larger bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients except the sugar.
4 - In another bowl, whisk the sugar, oil, and eggs.
5 - Add the dry ingredients into the wet batter and stir with a wooden spoon adding the water little by little. Stir until smooth.
6 - Add the pumpkin and stir until combined.
7 - Grease two loaf pans with vegetable oil and pour batter equally.
8 - Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
