Sautées Potatoes

Ingredients

 

1 bay leaf

1 onion sliced

4 Tbsp olive oil

Thyme 

3 garlic cloves

About 10 potatoes

Salt and pepper to taste

 

 

Instructions

 

1 - Peel and cut the potatoes into squares.


2 - Heat the olive oil in a large skillet, and cook your potatoes with the bay leaf. Stir often.


3 - When almost cooked through, add the sliced onion and cook until softened.


4 - At the very end, add the crushed garlic, season with salt and pepper, and add the thyme.
